Heather Fink came to filmmaking from comedy. She has been making funny videos since she was a kid growing up in small town New Jersey, raised by a Dutch mother, Jewish American father, schizophrenic grandmother, and an older sister. She started performing standup comedy in NYC in 2005, and continued making funny videos, doing improv, and sketch comedy.
