Judy Trammell

Trammell was a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader for four years, from 1980-1984, and during that time served as group leader and a show group member. She is trained in jazz, pom, drill team, and tap dance. She became assistant choreographer of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders in 1984.
