Tonglan Qiu

Qiu Tonglan, born on October 28, 2002, in Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, is a Chinese actor and singer. On December 9, 2022, the science fiction suspense drama *The Thirteenth Administration Bureau*, starring Qiu, premiered on Netflix, in which he played Xie Boyan. In November 2021, filming began for the historical suspense drama *Chang'an Xing*, starring Qiu.
