Alexey Saltykov

Alexey Saltykov was a Soviet and Russian film director and screenwriter. He graduated from the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) and became known for his work in Soviet cinema during the 1960s and 1970s. Saltykov directed films such as Chairman (1964) and Eternal Call (1973), which were acclaimed for their portrayal of Soviet life and values.
