György Palásthy ( Esztergom , January 12 , 1931 – Budapest , April 16, 2012 ) Hungarian film director and screenwriter, winner of the Béla Balázs Prize . His parents were Sándor Palásthy and Anna Blahovics. He was studying electrical engineering when he won a literary competition at the age of 16.
