From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Peter Hansen (born December 5, 1921) is a Daytime Emmy Award-winning American actor, best known for his role as a lawyer, Lee Baldwin, on the soap opera General Hospital. He played the role from 1965 to 1986 and again from 1992 to 2004.
