Yuichi Abe (アベ ユーイチ, Abe Yūichi, February 6, 1964) is a Japanese film director, anime director and screenwriter. He was born in Sakata, Yamagata, Japan. He was formerly known by his real name Yuichi Abe (阿部 雄一, Abe Yūichi) until 2004, when he changed his writing to アベ ユーイチ.
