Mihkel Ulk

Mihkel Ulk (born December 12, 1983) is an Estonian director. In 2006, he graduated cum laude from Tallinn University's film and video major, and in 2010 from the Baltic Film and Media School's master's degree as a film director. Mihkel Ulk is the creative director of Ekspress Meedia.
