Vlasta Giulia Lah Rocchi (January 13, 1913, Pola, province of Trieste, Austria-Hungary - July 12, 1978, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina), was the first woman to direct a sound feature film in Argentina. In addition, she was the only female filmmaker in Latin America during the 1960s. Vlasta Lah trained in cinematography, along with his sister Neva Lah, at the film school of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia (Italy).
