Lungnan Isak Fangas

Lungnan Isak Fangas is a Pangcah documentary filmmaker born in Chishang Township, Taitung County. His award-winning documentary Ocean Fever (2004) was invited to various film festivals in Taiwan, South Korea, and the United States. In 2010, he served as the executive producer on a series of documentaries about Typhoon Morakot, which had caused one of the most devastating flooding incidents in Taiwan.
