Óscar Lucien

Born on April 18, 1952, he is a sociologist from the Central University of Venezuela, with a PhD in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Paris 7-Tours, France. He is a photographer and filmmaker trained at the Conservatoire Libre du Cinéma Français. His career in the visual arts is recognized within the fields of research and criticism.
