Fourth and final film in the series "True Legend of the Night King". Hirona has become the No. 1 hostess in Kabukicho, but new hostess Reika lures away her customers. Reika is also plotting revenge against Kurosaki, the King of the Night, who turned her mother into a "host addict" and then abandoned her.
