I was never the biggest fan of the "Pink Panther" cartoons, but right from the first bar of the score, this hits the spot. The Panther and his peaked cap wearing neighbour are having a bit of a contest to build their dream house. The humour has something of the Tom and Jerry to it, and there is even some canned laughter - which sort of works, oddly enough - before an ending that does raise a smile. The standard of animation is adequate, it isn't great - but I really quite enjoyed this for ten minutes.
