This short documentary is the exciting story of Paul, a 13-year-old boy from Dunoon, a town in Cape Town, South Africa. Paul has a dream that he thinks about all day long: he wants to be a surfer. But for the kids in Dunoon, it's not easy—there's no transportation to the beach and no way to afford equipment. Fortunately, there's an organization that takes Paul to the beach three times a week. The documentary shows a week in Paul's life.
